The Board of Directors comprises five (5) representatives appointed by the Chiefs of the following five Fire Departments, Campbell Fire/Rescue, City of Covington Fire Department, City of Erlanger Fire Department, Hebron Fire Protection District, and Point Pleasant Fire Protection District. Three (3) representatives are appointed by the Directors of the Emergency Management of Boone, Campbell, and Kenton Counties.  These eight (8)n members elect two (2)  at large members.
